I trust that would be me. Not that I changed the color but I did this with a film.
As you can see not all went as well as I/we want it to look at the end. We are still making some changes to the design to cope with the different curves and edges.
Once it is finished, it can be purchased in all kinds of different colors.
It's not what you are looking for but maybe it helps.
